At EHDL of Sweden, we are committed to excellence in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all fine jewelry purchases, including our diverse range of bracelets, necklaces, and other pieces. If you experience any damage due to manufacturing flaws, we are here to assist. Please contact us at support@ehdlsweden.com with photos, a brief video, and an explanation of how the damage occurred. If the damage seems beyond repair from the images provided, the item may not be eligible for further evaluation.
Before we accept your item for assessment, a 30 EUR deposit is required. This covers shipping and an expert evaluation by our skilled jewelers to determine if the damage falls under our warranty. This deposit is fully refunded for all repairs deemed to be manufacturing defects. For damages that are repairable but not considered manufacturing defects, a repair fee will be quoted to the customer for approval before proceeding. If approved, the deposit will be applied toward the repair cost. If the repair is declined, the deposit will cover return shipping costs.
Should the damage be identified as a manufacturing defect, EHDL will repair or replace the item at no additional charge. Please note that replacements are considered a one-time courtesy.
Our warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, scratches, and damage due to improper use, cleaning, or storage. The warranty applies exclusively to purchases made through EHDL of Sweden.
Modifications or repairs conducted by third-party or external jewelers will void your warranty with us. International repair requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we don’t offer insurance services, we strongly recommend that customers insure their valuable jewelry independently. Proper care and handling of your EHDL jewelry will ensure its longevity and preserve its beauty. Our team is available to provide guidance on the best practices for jewelry care and maintenance.
